Who Qualifies?

Self-employed individuals

No matter what your profession, no matter what your level of income, as long as you derive the majority of your income from self-employment (all but $10,000), you can qualify to participate in a PHSP.

Incorporated business owners

Including professional corporations, contractors, consultants, etc., can qualify to participate in a PHSP.

Employees and their dependent family members

If you qualify, your employees and their dependent family members can participate in a PHSP.
