Who Are We?

The Health Plan Inc. (THP) serves as an arm's length administrator for contractholders of The Health Plan.

As the administrator, THP is responsible for:

• establishing and maintaining The Health Plan on behalf of each contractholder
• tracking and assessing the claims in compliance with the Act
• premium collection, and providing each client with an annual activity
  report for tax purposes
